    Intake & Triage

    A qualified mental health nurse calls you within one business day for a 15-minute consultation. They assess your needs, goals and risk factors, then match you to the right clinician.

    Care plan & telehealth sessions

    Your clinician (therapy, counselling, nutrition, OT or otherwise) sees you via secure video or phone. NDIS and DVA eligibility depends on your plan or funding pathway. Please confirm with your funder or your nurse before booking.

    Ongoing coordination & review
