Online mental health social work
for the life you're living.
AASW-accredited mental health social workers offering therapy that brings together emotional wellbeing and practical pressures: housing, finances, NDIS, family.
When wellbeing can't be
separated from daily life
Social workers bring clinical therapy and practical knowledge of systems together. Many of our clients see a social worker because their distress is tied up with practical pressures, and those pressures need addressing alongside the therapy.
- Managing therapy alongside housing, financial or legal stress
- Navigating NDIS, Centrelink, family services or the courts
- Recovering from domestic or family violence
- Supporting a family member through mental illness

How we hold context.
Therapy plus practical know-how. Because one without the other often isn't enough.
Step 1: Therapy and systems, not either/or
We hold the clinical work alongside practical system navigation, not in separate appointments.
Step 2: Informed by lived-experience frameworks
Trauma-informed, rights-based and culturally responsive by default.
Step 3: Collaborative case coordination
With your consent, we coordinate with GPs, NDIS planners, housing providers and legal services.
Step 4: Review-driven therapy
Goals are set collaboratively and reviewed every six sessions, in line with Medicare requirements.
Simple, transparent pricing for Counselling Services
No hidden fees. Where you are eligible, we can help you claim any Medicare rebate that applies to your session.
Medicare rebates may be available under Better Access with a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP), where you meet Medicare requirements. Up to 10 sessions per calendar year may be supported.
Questions about counselling services
The practical things people ask most often before booking.
Both deliver evidence-based therapy. Medicare rebates may be available for eligible services where the referral, care plan and Medicare requirements are met. Social workers bring additional experience in navigating systems (family, NDIS, housing and legal), which is valuable when those pressures are part of the picture.
Accredited Mental Health Social Workers provide assessment and formulation but don't assign DSM diagnoses. Where a formal diagnosis is needed, we refer to psychiatry or psychology.
