Taking it further
We would like the chance to put things right first. If you are not happy with our response, you can raise your concern with an external body:
- For concerns about a health practitioner, contact AHPRA (the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
- For privacy concerns, contact the OAIC (the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner).
- For other concerns, contact the health complaints body in your state or territory.
