Rebuilding the routines
that hold a life together.
Qualified occupational therapists working on daily function, energy and meaningful activity, especially when mental health is affecting work, study or self-care.
When the basics of daily
life get hard to hold
OT is often the missing piece, especially when therapy helps emotionally but the day-to-day is still unravelling. Our OTs work on routines, sensory regulation, executive function and return-to-work, with plans that survive contact with your actual life.
- Burnt out, returning to work or struggling to keep up at study
- Finding routines, mornings or evenings overwhelming
- Managing ADHD, autism or executive-function challenges
- Needing sensory regulation and pacing strategies
Where occupational therapy helps
OT is complementary to therapy. Many clients see an OT alongside a psychologist.
Burnout recovery
Energy pacing, workload redesign and structured return-to-work support.
Return-to-work planning
Graded return plans, workplace accommodation advice and communication support.
Sensory regulation
Assessment and practical strategies for sensory overload and under-stimulation.
Executive function
Planning, prioritising, initiating tasks and time management, especially with ADHD.
Sleep & routines
Rebuilding sleep, morning and evening routines that survive the harder days.
ADHD & autism support
Adult-focused strategies for executive function, sensory needs and daily structure.
How we rebuild function.
Functional, practical and calibrated to the realities of your week.
Step 1: Set your functional goals
Your OT starts by understanding what you want your days to look like, then works backwards from there.
Step 2: Test small changes
Between sessions, you try short, practical adjustments. Your OT reviews what worked and what didn't.
Step 3: Connect with your care team
Your OT coordinates with your psychologist or counsellor so your care works together.
Step 4: Apply strategies to daily life
Where relevant, your OT helps you communicate needs at work and build structure into your week.
Simple, transparent pricing for Occupational Therapy
No hidden fees. Where you are eligible, we can help you claim any Medicare rebate that applies to your session.
Medicare rebates may be available for eligible services where requirements are met. For mental-health-focused OT, this is through Better Access with a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP). For other OT, this is through a GP Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan.
Questions about occupational therapy
The practical things people ask most often before booking.
No. Adult-focused OT is a core part of mental-health care, especially for burnout, ADHD, autism and complex recovery journeys.
Therapy focuses on thoughts, feelings and meaning. OT focuses on doing: the practical routines, sensory experience and activities that make up your day. The two work best together.
