Serge Kabongo

I am a Registered Nurse and senior clinical leader with 15 years' experience across forensic, acute, community and rehabilitation mental health, as well as emergency, intensive care and aged care settings. I hold a Master of Mental Health Nursing and have a strong background in clinical governance, risk and quality management, policy development and multidisciplinary care.

I am passionate about providing safe, culturally responsive and person-centred care. My approach is calm, practical and collaborative, supporting clients and care teams through strong clinical judgement, integrity and a focus on quality, safety and meaningful outcomes.
